SCHOOLS

One of the Southern Pickleball Academy's main goals is to grow Pickleball in the Aiken area middle schools and high schools, then expand into other school districts across the US Southeast. The International Federation for Pickleball (IFP) has a goal of introducing Pickleball into the Olympics as a legitimate international sport by 2032, so our work needs to begin today! The SPA is working hard to develop and support these future Olympic stars...our students.

Before the inception of The Academy, several Aiken area schools had begun a Pickleball program. This was accomplished through the efforts of great volunteers from groups like Aiken Pickleball, The Palmetto Indoor Invitational, and Mo Power Sports LLC.

Southern Pickleball Academy will continue this work; sponsors and volunteers are needed. We hope to expand Pickleball P.E. programs to all Aiken area middle schools and high schools by the start of school in 2023. We need sponsors for twelve more schools; will you consider a partnership with a local school and your local business?
